Q: When will my order ship?
A: On average, orders take 1-3 business days (M-F) to process after you place your order. Shipping estimates are listed for each product on the website, so pay attention to the listed Availability when you order and you'll know when your items are expected to ship.

Q: Will my order ship the same day I order?
A: Due to our large product selection it's not always possible to have everything in your order available to ship immediately. We provide you with individual ship estimates for each product so you're informed of their availability up-front. Your order probably won't ship same-day, but you'll know exactly when it will.

Q: Is it in stock?
A: We have individual availability listed for each product on the website informing you of when the item is expected to ship. Our warehouse network and stock system is quite complicated, but the bottom line is this: we'll get the item shipped out within the estimated ship dates. That's what they're there for.

Q: Can I return an item if I am not satisfied?
A: Yes! It's easy to make a return with us. More information can be found at bustersdirtshop.com/returns.

Q: Do you have a store for me to visit in person?
A: No, we do not have a traditional storefront open to the public.

Q: Where's my tracking number?
A: Tracking numbers are emailed as soon as your order ships. You can also access your tracking information for an order by (1) logging in to your account, (2) clicking Orders, and (3) selecting the order you wish to view. The tracking number will be located near the bottom of the page.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping is calculated live via UPS and USPS from our website for your specific location. Click "Estimate Shipping" after adding items to your shopping cart. It's best for international customers to create an account to obtain exact shipping figures.

Q: Do you ship to an address other than my billing address?
A: Yes, but only for returning customers. Once you have placed an order through our website an option will appear during checkout for your next order to change your shipping address.

Q: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes/APO/FPO/Hawaii/Alsaka addresses?
A: Yes we do! Place your order regularly and we'll make sure it gets to where it needs to go. More information can be found here.

Q: Some items show a percentage off. Is this reflected in the price shown?
A: Yes. The discount is already reflected in the displayed price in red.

Q: When is the latest I can place an order and have it be processed the same day?
A: All orders are processed M-F before 12:00pm PST. Any orders received after that will be processed the following business day.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes we do! We are proud to ship via USPS Global Express (EMS). More information can be found here.

Q: Will you lower the value of my international order for customs?
A: We do not mark items as "GIFT" but we do value the order lower than the purchase amount.

Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: The website is always open! We are generally at our desks M-F 10am-4pm PST. We observe U.S. Federal Holidays and will be closed these days. Specific notifications are always posted on the contact page during times when we will be unavailable by phone or email.
